Principal

Location: Govandi, Mumbai

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Education: Graduation with B.Ed. is mandatory

• Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the school.
• Supervise and coordinate with teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, student performance, and discipline.
• Maintain a positive and effective learning environment for students.
• Coordinate with parents regarding student progress and school-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain academic and administrative reports.
• Implement school policies, procedures, and academic activities.
• Organize meetings, events, examinations, and other school activities.
• Ensure proper discipline, safety, and overall development of students.
• Requirements:Graduation with B.Ed. is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a school/educational institution, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of school administration and academic processes.
• Ability to manage teachers, students, and parents effectively.
