Job Description

Presales Telecaller – Dubai Real Estate


Job Responsibilities


  • Call potential clients and existing databases.
  • Fix appointments for sales executives.
  • Invite clients to property events organised by the company.
  • Follow up with clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the sales team regarding appointments and follow-ups.
  • Remind clients about meetings, events, and property visits.


Requirements


  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is preferred.
  • Experience in telecalling or real estate preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Dubai real estate is an advantage.
  • Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and professional approach.
