WAidon is a bootstrapped startup, striving to become the top gun in hair regrowth sector. We are looking for candidates from a Healthcare sales background.

Preferred Qualifications:

B. Pharm, D. Pharm

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services and resolve basic customer queries
• Maintain call records and follow-ups in CRM or tracking sheets
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
• Handle objections professionally and close sales when applicable
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company communication guidelines

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi is a strong bonus
• Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare telesales
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and Google Sheets
• Ability to handle patient queries with empathy, patience and confidence
