Resolve PF and ESIC-related employee and client queries.

Liaise with government departments for inspections, notices, and compliance matters.

Maintain statutory records and ensure proper documentation.

Monitor due dates and ensure timely payment of statutory contributions.

Assist in payroll compliance related to PF and ESIC deductions.

Keep track of changes in labour laws and statutory regulations.

Prepare MIS reports and compliance status reports for management and clients.

Support labour law audits and compliance documentation.
