Position Title:Camera PCB Designer

Department:Research & Development / Hardware Design

Location: Gorai, Borivali

Experience Required:2–5 Years (Preferred in Camera / CCTV / Electronics Industry)

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Camera PCB Designer responsible for designing, developing, and testing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for camera products and related electronic devices. The candidate should have hands-on experience in schematic design, PCB layout, component selection, and hardware troubleshooting for camera modules, CCTV systems, or embedded electronic products.

• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop multilayer PCB layouts for camera products and embedded hardware systems.
• Create circuit schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and Gerber files for production.
• Work on analog and digital circuit designs related to image sensors, power supply, networking, and video processing.
• Coordinate with firmware, mechanical, and production teams for product development.
• Perform PCB testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of hardware issues.
• Ensure PCB designs comply with EMI/EMC and manufacturing standards.
• Optimize PCB layout for signal integrity, thermal performance, and compact design.
• Support prototype development and validation activities.
• Coordinate with PCB manufacturers and vendors during fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain proper design documentation and revision records.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, or similar.
• Understanding of camera hardware architecture and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of high-speed routing, power management, and signal integrity concepts.
• Experience with multilayer PCB design and SMT components.
• Familiarity with CCTV camera boards, IP camera hardware, or surveillance products is preferred.
• Ability to read datasheets and technical documentation effectively.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in CCTV, surveillance, networking, or consumer electronics industry.
• Knowledge of IPC standards and DFM/DFT practices.
• Exposure to ARM processors, image sensors, and video interfaces will be an added advantage.
