Vardaan Hospital / Allure Medspa is a NABH-certified advanced cosmetic surgery and aesthetic care centre located in Goregaon West, Mumbai, conveniently near Goregaon railway station.


Led by Dr. Milan Doshi and Dr. Dimple Doshi, both with 27+ years of experience, our centre has completed 20,000+ surgeries and procedures and serves patients from India and abroad, including high-profile individuals and well-known personalities.


We operate from our own dedicated hospital infrastructure with trained doctors, nurses, OT staff, patient care coordinators, and support teams specialized in cosmetic surgery, plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, and gynaecology care.

Job Summary


We are looking for a confident, experienced, empathetic, and sales-driven Senior Patient Relationship Executive to join our growing team at Vardaan Hospital / Allure Medspa.


The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead conversion, patient counselling, follow-ups, CRM management, and healthcare / cosmetic surgery sales. She should be able to guide patients professionally, explain procedures responsibly, and help improve consultation and surgery booking conversions.


Key Responsibilities


* Convert leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, Zoho CRM, walk-ins, and follow-ups.

* Counsel patients for cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures with empathy and professionalism.

* Explain procedure basics, consultation process, preparation, recovery, risks, and next steps clearly.

* Manage high-intent leads and ensure timely follow-up until consultation or surgery booking.

* Handle patient objections related to cost, fear, safety, recovery, family approval, and decision delay.

* Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion updates in Zoho CRM.

* Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline and performance.

* Achieve monthly consultation and surgery conversion targets.

* Coordinate with doctors, clinical team, OT team, accounts, and front desk for a smooth patient journey.

* Train, guide, and support junior Patient Care Coordinators when required.

* Maintain excellent communication, service etiquette, and patient confidentiality at all times.

* Ensure every patient receives a smooth, respectful, and trust-building experience from enquiry to booking.


Requirements


* Minimum 3 years of sales/counselling/patient coordination experience.

* Healthcare, hospital, clinic, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dental, IVF, wellness, or aesthetic industry experience preferred.

* Strong communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and English.

* Good convincing ability with a patient-first approach.

* Experience in lead follow-up, conversion, and target-based sales.

* Ability to handle premium patients professionally.

* Pleasant personality, confidence, maturity, and strong ownership.

* Good knowledge of CRM updates, Excel, WhatsApp communication, and call follow-ups.

* Ability to work under monthly targets and performance expectations.

* Responsible, sincere, process-oriented, and long-term focused.

* Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and Sunday working. Weekly off will be on a weekday.

Female candidates with prior experience as:


* Senior Patient Care Coordinator

* Patient Relationship Executive

* Clinic Counsellor

* Healthcare Sales Counsellor

* Cosmetic / Dermatology / Dental / IVF Counsellor

* Tele-sales / Inside Sales Executive in healthcare


Candidates with experience in converting consultation leads into bookings will be preferred.


Candidates staying near Goregaon, Malad, Kandivali, Andheri, Jogeshwari, Borivali, or nearby Mumbai suburbs will be preferred.
