Job Description
Pick products according to Shopify orders.
Check product, size, colour and quantity before packing.
Fold and pack clothing/athleisure products neatly.
Pack customer orders securely according to company standards.
Print and attach shipping labels and invoices.
Keep packed orders ready for courier pickup.
Maintain proper stock and packaging material records.
Check products for any visible defects before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse/packing area.
Coordinate with the team regarding pending, cancelled and returned orders.
Handle returns and exchange packages when required.
Ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
