About the role

We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Order Processing Executive to handle our daily B2C orders from start to finish. You’ll make sure every customer order is processed correctly, dispatched on time and tracked through to delivery. You’ll also handle the cases that go wrong: delays, returns (RTO) and refunds.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily B2C orders from our online store, checking SKUs, quantities and shipping addresses

• Coordinate with the warehouse team so orders are picked, packed and dispatched on time

• Follow up with logistics and courier partners on pickups, tracking updates, delays and lost or damaged shipments

• Track shipments until delivery and flag delayed or stuck orders early

• Handle RTO (return to origin) cases: track returns, check returned stock, and update records

• Coordinate refunds and order corrections with the customer support and accounts teams

• Keep order trackers and daily dispatch reports accurate, in Excel or Google Sheets

• Look for repeat problems (frequent delays, wrong addresses, damaged deliveries) and suggest fixes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in order processing, dispatch or operations at a B2C or e-commerce brand, a logistics company or a 3PL (third-party logistics provider)

• Basic computer skills: email, Excel or Google Sheets (data entry, filters, basic formulas)

• Good written and spoken communication in English and Hindi, enough to follow up firmly with courier partners

• Organised and reliable under daily deadlines

• Good to have: experience with Shopify or courier and shipping platforms; experience with international or cross-border shipments
