Order Management Executive

The Order Management Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries received through WhatsApp and other communication channels, converting inquiries into confirmed orders, coordinating with internal teams for order processing, tracking order progress, providing timely updates to customers, maintaining order records, and ensuring smooth execution from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries on WhatsApp and phone.
• Understand customer requirements and provide product information.
• Prepare and confirm orders.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and job workers.
• Track order status and follow up on pending orders.
