About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead large-scale blue-collar recruitment operations across Mumbai. The role involves managing recruiter teams, building manpower supply networks, and ensuring timely hiring and deployment.

• EligibilityGraduate (Mandatory)
• 7–12+ years of experience in blue-collar recruitment
• Must have lived and worked in Mumbai continuously for the last 5 years
• Experience hiring:

• Housekeeping Staff

• Helpers
• Facility Management Staff
• Technicians
• Logistics & Warehouse Manpower
• Required ExperienceManaged a team of 5–6 recruiters
• Strong network with labour contractors, manpower suppliers, placement agencies and team leaders
• Experience mobilising manpower batches of 15–50 candidates
• Willing to travel across Mumbai
• Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end blue-collar hiring
• Manage recruiter productivity and hiring targets
• Build sourcing channels through contractors, NGOs, ITIs, referrals, labour hubs and job fairs
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and deployment
• Publish daily, weekly and monthly recruitment MIS
• Ensure hiring quality, joining ratio and SLA adherence
• Coach and monitor recruiter performance
