Operations Manager

The Role

You own everything that happens after a customer pays — until their curtains are up and they're delighted. Production tracking, installation, hardware vendors, service issues — all on you. You lead a team of assistants to execute it.

You Will

• Own customer timelines post-payment — no order slips through unmanaged
• Coordinate hardware vendors (tracks, rods, motors) for on-time, quality supply
• Lead a team of assistants delivering installations on the ground
• Resolve post-sales issues fast — repairs, replacements, complaints
• Drive NPS as your core metric, not an afterthought
• Fix root causes, not just symptoms — build SOPs that prevent repeat issues

You Are

• A hands-on operator who thrives on managing multiple moving parts
• Someone who's managed vendors AND people, not just one or the other
• Obsessed with customer experience — you take a delay personally
• Sharp with numbers — TAT, NPS, vendor scorecards are second nature
• Calm under pressure when timelines slip and customers are anxious
