Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Ordering Team Process Coordinator to oversee and optimize our ordering processes. This role involves managing the end-to-end ordering workflow, ensuring efficient order processing, and collaborating with various departments to meet company goals and customer satisfaction.
Customer Service:
Handle outbound customer calls professionally
Take customer orders accurately over the phone
Assist customers with product/service inquiries
Confirm order details such as quantity, pricing, and delivery
Update customer and order information in the system
Resolve basic customer complaints and escalate issues when needed
Follow up with customers on order status and delivery
Order Processing:
Oversee the order entry process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in order management, process improvement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of order processing systems and software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
