Job Description

 Job Title: Operations Manager 

Location: Mumbai


Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee the daily functioning of our cafes and the seamless execution of events held across multiple locations. This role demands a high degree of planning, coordination, and execution to ensure consistently excellent customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Cafe Operations:


  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of all cafes through proactive planning and execution.
  • Oversee vendor management – including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance tracking.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and scheduling of operational staff as per requirements.
  • Coordinate with all service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, logistics, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Monitor compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • 2. Event Management:Plan and supervise the roll-out of multiple events across different cafe locations.
  • Ensure consistency in communication, branding, and experience at every event.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all necessary elements (inventory, setup, staff, marketing) are in place.
  • Address any operational challenges during events and ensure quick resolution.
  • Key Requirements:Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 7-10  years of proven experience in operations, preferably in F&B and/or event management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in managing teams and third-party vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualities:

  • Background in hospitality or food & beverage sector.
  • Familiarity with operational SOPs and vendor agreements.
  • Event execution and cross-location coordination experience.
