Job Description
Manage and supervise daily construction site operations.
Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
Coordinate site measurements and verify quantities as per actual work executed.
Prepare and verify measurement sheets, RA bills, subcontractor bills, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with the accounts/commercial team for timely billing and payment processing.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
Resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare daily/weekly progress and operational reports.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and control wastage.
Support management in achieving project targets and deadlines.
