Operation Executive

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a disciplined, hardworking, and responsible Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the company. The candidate will coordinate with management, office staff, workshop, stores, logistics, accounts, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth execution of work and timely completion of tasks.
• The role requires a proactive individual who is willing to multitask, learn industrial refrigeration compressor spare parts, and handle both office coordination and outside running work when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day office operations and coordination
• Draft and reply to professional emails
• Coordinate order execution from inquiry to dispatch
• Follow up with workshop, stores, accounts, logistics, and suppliers
• Coordinate dispatches, courier bookings, export documentation, and shipment tracking
• Assist in identifying compressor spare parts and maintaining records
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, packing lists, and basic documents
• Maintain proper communication with domestic and international clients
• Support the CEO and COO in operational and administrative work
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain office files, records, and documentation systematically
• Handle miscellaneous office and operational responsibilities as assigned
• Visit vendors, transporters, banks, or other locations when required for company work

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication and email drafting skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and computer operations
• Good coordination and multitasking abilities
• Disciplined, honest, punctual, and hardworking
• Team player with positive attitude
• Quick learner with willingness to understand technical products
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of logistics, accounts, or industrial products will be an advantage

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred
• Freshers with strong willingness to learn may also apply
• Experience in operations, logistics, administration, or industrial trading company preferred
