Job Description
We are looking for a Europe Operations Executive who will be responsible for handling end-to-end tour operations for Europe packages, ensuring smooth execution, coordination with suppliers, and delivering excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle *end-to-end Europe tour operations* (FIT & Group)
Coordinate with *DMCs, hotels, transport & activity vendors.
Manage *hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing & vouchers.
Ensure *timely confirmations and documentation.
Work closely with *sales team for costing & itineraries.
Monitor *guest requirements & special requests.
Handle *on-tour issues & provide quick solutions.
Share *final itineraries, vouchers & travel documents with guests
Maintain *daily operation reports & updates.
