Job Description
- Office Boy – Job ResponsibilitiesOffice ki daily cleaning aur safai karna.
- Tables, chairs, desks aur workstations ko clean rakhna.
- Dustbins ko regularly empty karna aur garbage proper place par dispose karna.
- Pantry/kitchen area ko clean aur व्यवस्थित rakhna.
- Tea, coffee aur drinking water ki basic arrangement karna.
- Washroom ki regular cleaning aur hygiene maintain karna.
- Office mein drinking water bottles/dispenser check karna aur zarurat par refill karna.
- Office ke common areas ko clean aur organized rakhna.
- Office mein kisi bhi leakage, damage ya maintenance issue ki information management ko dena.
- Office supplies ko ek jagah se doosri jagah shift karne mein help karna.
- Documents, parcels ya other office items ko required location/person tak pahunchana.
- Office opening se pehle basic cleanliness check karna.
- Office closing se pehle cleaning aur basic arrangements check karna.
- Management dwara diye gaye reasonable office-support tasks ko complete karna.
