Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Basic cleaning and upkeep of office.
  • Serving water/tea to staff and visitors.
  • Arranging jewellery boxes, stock trays and office materials.
  • Helping with packing and unpacking of jewellery parcels.
  • Collecting/delivering couriers, documents and small parcels.
  • Bringing stationery, food or other items from nearby market.
  • Assisting staff with photocopying, printing, filing and routine office work.
  • Helping in movement and arrangement of stock within the office.
  • Performing local outdoor errands as required.

Requirements: Honest, punctual, responsible and willing to handle both indoor and outdoor office work.
