Job Title: Mobile Repair Technician

Preferred Background: OPPO, Vivo, Realme, Xiaomi, Cashify

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones
• Handle screen replacements, battery issues, motherboard-level repairs, and other technical faults
• Ensure accurate fault diagnosis and provide effective resolutions
• Maintain service quality standards and adhere to TAT (Turnaround Time)
• Update repair status and maintain proper documentation of service records
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts and service support

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ year of experience in mobile repair
• Strong knowledge of smartphone components and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with multiple smartphone brands
• Candidates from the above-mentioned companies will be preferred
• Basic communication skills and customer-handling ability
