Urgently hiring Business Development Executive (BDE) – Diagnostic Centre


Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports to: Business Development Manager / Centre Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth for our diagnostic centre. The BDE will be responsible for building relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to increase patient footfall and sample volumes.


Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Hospital Outreach

  - Visit doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals in assigned territory daily

  - Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, consultants, and specialists

  - Promote lab services, health packages, home collection, and new tests


2. Business Generation

  - Achieve monthly revenue and sample volume targets

  - Identify new business opportunities: corporate tie-ups, health camps, RWA tie-ups, insurance TPAs

  - Onboard new collection centres/franchise partners


3. Client Servicing

  - Ensure timely report delivery and resolve doctor/patient queries

  - Coordinate with lab operations for TAT compliance and service issues

  - Collect feedback from doctors and share with management


4. Marketing Activities

  - Organize CMEs, health camps, awareness drives in societies/corporates

  - Distribute marketing materials, rate cards, and offers to doctors/clinics

  - Update doctors on new tests, technology, and offers via WhatsApp/email/visits


5. Reporting & MIS

  - Submit daily visit reports and doctor-wise business data

  - Track competitor activities, pricing, and new services in the territory

  - Maintain MIS of monthly business from key accounts


Key Skills & Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline. B.Sc /B.Pharma / BBA preferred

- Experience: 1-3 years in pharma sales / diagnostics / healthcare sales

- Skills: Good communication in Hindi + English + local language, strong negotiation, field sales mindset

- Other: Must own a 2-wheeler with valid license. Should be comfortable with 6 days field work

- Personality: Target-driven, relationship builder, self-motivated


What We Offer

- Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + incentives

- Incentives: Monthly + quarterly incentives on target achievement
