Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for civil repair, structural repair, waterproofing, painting and related construction services.
• Visit housing societies, residential buildings, commercial properties, offices and potential clients to identify business opportunities.
• Meet Society Committee members, Managing Committee members, property managers, architects, consultants and other decision-makers.
• Promote Shrirangkala’s services through field visits, telephone calls, WhatsApp, email and other marketing channels.
• Arrange and coordinate site visits and client meetings for quotations and project discussions.
• Follow up with prospective clients from initial enquiry until quotation, negotiation and work order.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.
• Identify upcoming building repair and waterproofing projects in Mumbai and nearby areas.
• Collect basic project requirements, photographs, measurements and other information required for quotation preparation.
• Maintain records of leads, enquiries, site visits, quotations and follow-ups.
• Assist in developing local marketing activities and digital marketing initiatives.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
