Logistics Supervisor

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹21,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and organised Packaging & Dispatch Supervisor to manage a team of 6 people handling website orders, packaging and shipping.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the packaging and dispatch team
• Manage daily website orders and ensure timely processing
• Check products, quantities, packaging quality and shipping labels
• Coordinate with courier partners for order pickups
• Track pending, dispatched and returned orders
• Maintain packaging material and stock records
• Assign tasks to team members and monitor daily performance
• Ensure orders are packed safely and accurately
• Handle basic customer or internal order-related coordination
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the packaging area
• RequirementsGood communication skills
• Good team management and leadership skills
• Ability to manage daily workload and deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in packaging, warehouse, dispatch or e-commerce operations will be preferred
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
