Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Officer – Loan Sales
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field sales and direct market visits.
- Promote and sell loan products such as MSME, LAP, Housing Loan and other secured loans.
- Source business through direct selling, referrals, connectors and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them throughout the loan process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification and loan processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
- Experience in MSME Loan / LAP / Housing Loan / Mortgage Loan / Secured Loan preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Candidates with direct market sourcing/DST experience will be preferred.
Not Suitable: Freshers, Personal Loan, Credit Card, Unsecured Loan-only profiles.
Salary & Benefits: As per experience and last CTC + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance.
