Role Description:

Paralegal Assistant / Legal Coordinator

Role Type:

Working as a mediator/coordinator between two parties (e.g., client and creditor/debtor).

Core Responsibilities:

Legal Coordination: 

Acting as a liaison to facilitate communication and agreements.

Contract Drafting/Review: 

Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, specifically focusing on debt structures, legal definitions, and agreements.

Process Management: 

Handling the end-to-end debt recovery process, which includes sending demand letters, negotiating payment plans, and handling documentation.

Mediator Role: Facilitating, negotiating, and mediating between parties to reach amicable settlements, potentially avoiding litigation.
