About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Generation Associate for Zoom Insurance. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, tele-sales, or business development. Candidates from any industry with strong prospecting and communication skills are welcome to apply. Insurance or BFSI experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, email outreach, and other prospecting channels.
• Identify potential corporate clients and understand their business requirements.
• Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess their needs and suitability.
• Schedule meetings and connect qualified leads with the sales team.
• Maintain and update the prospect database, track lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support business development initiatives and achieve lead generation targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, or Business Development.
• Female candidates preferred
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and lead qualification abilities.
• Good follow-up, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with targets and maintain accurate lead records.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems will be an advantage.
• Insurance or BFSI experience is preferred but not mandatory.
