*JOB OPENING – LAPTOP HARDWARE SERVICE TECHNICIAN (L2)*
We are hiring an *experienced Laptop Hardware Service Technician (L2)* for our *HP Authorised Service Center* in Mumbai.
*Position:* Laptop Hardware Service Technician – L2
*Experience:* Minimum 2 Years
*Salary:* ₹25,000 per month
*Job Location:* Mumbai
*Job Type:* Full-Time
*Work Profile:* *On-Site / Field Job*
### Job Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair laptop hardware issues including *motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, touchpad, SSD/HDD, RAM, hinges, and other internal components*.
* Perform *on-site laptop hardware repairs* at customer locations.
* Install, configure and troubleshoot *Windows OS, drivers, BIOS, firmware and software*.
* Handle warranty and out-of-warranty service cases as per company processes.
* Visit customer locations for service calls and provide timely updates.
* Prepare and maintain accurate *service reports, job sheets and repair documentation*.
* Follow *ESD, quality and safety guidelines* during repairs.
* Complete service calls within defined *TAT and SLA*.
### Skills Required:
* Minimum *2 years of hands-on experience in laptop hardware repair*.
* Strong knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting and component replacement.
* Experience in *field/on-site laptop repair*.
* Good knowledge of *Windows, drivers, BIOS, firmware and basic networking*.
* Ability to independently diagnose hardware faults and provide effective solutions.
* Good customer-handling and communication skills.
* Willingness to *travel across Mumbai for on-site service calls*.
* Experience with HP, Lenovo, Dell, ASUS or other laptop brands will be an added advantage.
