Handle Point of Sales System

Read the Kitchen Order Ticket in detail, communicate the same to the Back end (Commis) team. The person should also be able to correlate the Kitchen Order Ticket with the SOP requirements of the product and ensure the same is communicated to the back-end team

Packaging

Ability to handle dispatches in FIFO Logic (Final Product)

The person should be able to correlate the Taping Processes for each product with the SOP requirement, and prepare the packaging accordingly

The person should be able to communicate Veg Non-Veg Call outs/ Demarcation very precisely to the back-end team
