Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, utensils, equipment and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
- Clear and clean tables promptly during service hours.
- Assist the chef with basic kitchen preparation and day-to-day tasks.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards across the café.
- Dispose of waste and keep all work areas organised.
- Help the team during busy hours and carry out duties as instructed by the chef and management.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed before the end of the shift.
