Junior Merchandiser

Woven Fabric Company (Brand : French Terrain) is currently looking for experienced professionals to join our team in the following roles:

Opening 1. Junior Merchandiser Minimum 2+ years of experience in merchandising either in Uniform/garment industry

Hands-on experience with Visual Gems ERP software is required

Opening 2. Merchandiser Minimum 4+ years of experience in merchandising either in Uniform/garment industry

• Strong working knowledge of Visual Gems ERP software is required

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of orders from development to shipment
• Coordination & communication with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitoring production timelines and ensuring timely delivery
• Handling documentation, compliance and order tracking in ERP
• Managing shipment processes and ensuring smooth dispatch
• Follow-up on payments and maintaining financial tracking

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of uniforms/garments necessary
• Ability to manage multiple orders efficiently and simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Merchandisers must be able to do costing, manage orders well & should be capable of working in ambiguity.
• Visual Gems ERP software experience preferred
• Looking for candidates with Immediate joining or less notice period of 7-15 days. 30 day notice period candidates may also apply.
