Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: Goregaon

Timings: 6 days a week (Monday–Saturday), 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the role we are seeking a Junior Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for our customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries on WhatsApp and calls, assisting walk-in customers at our warehouse, and managing return/exchange processes smoothly. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to multitask in a customer-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication
  • Respond promptly to customer queries on WhatsApp chats and calls.
  • Provide accurate product and order information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

  • In-Person Assistance
  • Attend to customers visiting the warehouse for shopping.
  • Guide them through product options and assist in purchase decisions.


  • Return & Exchange Management
  • Process customer return and exchange requests (online & offline).
  • Maintain proper records of all returns/exchanges.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely resolution.


  • Record Keeping & Coordination
  • Update customer details and order issues in shared trackers/Excel.
  • Share daily reports with management for review.


Skills & Qualifications Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask across WhatsApp chats, calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is appreciated
