Junior Account Executive

Marine Blue Technology Pvt. Ltd. — Ballard Estate, Mumbai (Office-based)

Marine Blue Technology is a Mumbai-based naval defence and maritime infrastructure contractor working with the Indian Navy, Coast Guard, shipyards and PSUs. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team.

Experience: 1 year in accounts (freshers with strong Tally skills may apply)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent

Salary: ₹15000 – ₹16000 per month (based on skills)

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day entries in Tally: sales, purchase, payments, receipts, journal vouchers
• Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger maintenance
• Preparing invoices and tracking payments and receivables
• Supporting GST data preparation and filing documentation
• Maintaining MIS reports and trackers in Excel
• Drafting letters and documents in Word
• Handling official email correspondence with vendors, clients and banks via Gmail

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on working knowledge of Tally
• Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas) and MS Word
• Comfortable with Gmail and professional email etiquette
• Strong written and spoken English communication
• Accuracy, discipline and willingness to learn

• Candidates residing in Mumbai (no accommodation provided)
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
