Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Jewellery Store Manager to independently manage store operations, drive sales growth, lead the sales team and ensure an excellent customer experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of jewellery products, retail sales, inventory management, customer relationship management and store operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and individual employee targets.
• Drive sales of Gold, Silver, Diamond and Lab-Grown Diamond jewellery.
• Monitor key retail KPIs such as Conversion Ratio, Average Bill Value (ABV), Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Selling Price (ASP).
• Drive customer walk-ins, repeat purchases and referrals.
• Execute promotional schemes, festive campaigns and customer engagement activities.

2. Jewellery Sales & Customer Experience

• Ensure customers receive personalised and professional service.
• Guide customers on jewellery designs, purity, weight, diamond quality, certification and pricing.
• Ensure the team has strong product knowledge.
• Handle high-value customers and VIP clients.
• Resolve customer complaints, exchanges and service-related escalations.
• Ensure proper customer follow-ups and relationship management.

3. Store & Inventory Management

• Ensure accurate handling and safekeeping of jewellery inventory.
• Monitor stock inward, outward, transfers and sales entries.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper barcode, tagging and jewellery documentation.
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damaged items and repair orders.
• Ensure compliance with jewellery security and safety procedures.

4. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, supervise and motivate the entire store team.
• Allocate individual targets and daily responsibilities.
• Conduct daily morning meetings and performance reviews.
• Monitor employee productivity and sales performance.
• Train team members on jewellery knowledge and selling techniques.
• Maintain employee discipline, grooming, attendance and punctuality.
• Identify training requirements and support employee development.

5. Store Operations & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies and processes.
• Monitor store opening and closing checklists.
• Maintain store presentation, visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper billing, cash handling and payment procedures.
• Coordinate with HO for operational and administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and jewellery retail practices.

6. MIS & Performance Reporting

• Review daily sales and business performance reports.
• Track target versus achievement.
• Monitor employee-wise sales and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly store performance reports.
• Share business updates, operational issues and improvement plans with management.

Eligibility Criteria

• 4-8 years of experience in jewellery retail.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or store management role preferred.
• Good understanding of gold, silver, diamond and lab-grown diamond jewellery.
• Experience in handling store sales targets and inventory.
• Strong leadership and customer-handling capabilities.
• Ability to independently manage complete store operations.
