About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for luxury jewellery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers in selecting diamond and jewellery products based on their preferences and requirements. 

* Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. 

* Explain product details, pricing, diamond specifications, and ongoing offers to customers. 

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. 

* Achieve individual and store sales targets. 

* Handle billing coordination and customer queries professionally. 

* Maintain showroom presentation, display standards, and product hygiene. 

* Stay updated with jewellery trends, collections, and product knowledge. 

Requirements:

* Prior experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or showroom sales preferred. 

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

* Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality. 

* Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling. 

* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. 

* Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
