💰 SALARY DETAILS (IN-HAND)

🔹 Fresher: ₹16,000/- per month

🔹 1 Year Experience: ₹16,750/- per month

🔹 2 Years Experience: ₹17,750/- per month

📌 Note: No PF deduction.

⏰ WORKING HOURS

🕥 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

📌 Working hours may be extended slightly during festival seasons.

📅 Weekly Off: 1 day between Monday and Friday.

📝 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Assist customers with jewellery selection and sales.

✅ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.

✅ Learn about jewellery designs, collections, and product details.

✅ Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards.

✅ Build good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

🎯 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

✔️ Fresh 12th pass or graduates can apply.

✔️ Good communication and interpersonal skills.

✔️ Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a retail environment.

✔️ Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail store.
