Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Check daily orders and make the packing list for each order
  • Give orders to packing staff and make sure every order is packed correctly and on time
  • Check the part number, quantity and condition of goods before dispatch
  • Print address labels, invoices and courier/transport slips
  • Share tracking details with the sales team and customers
  • Keep stock records for all items received and dispatched
  • Enter purchases (inward) and sales (outward) in the system every day
  • Do regular stock counts and report any shortage or damage
  • Keep files of delivery challans, invoices and courier receipts
