Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with international customers

Provide accurate, professional, and timely responses to customer queries

Maintain strong customer relationships with a customer-oriented approach

Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction

Adhere to defined process guidelines and performance standards

Work in a 5-day rotational work schedule

Requirements

Experience:

0.7 to 5 years of experience in the voice domain

Education:

Graduate (mandatory)

Language Requirement:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Other Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

Willingness to work in night shifts

Immediate joiners required

Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment

Additional Details:

5-day rotational work week

Structured training and continuous support provided

Contractual role with the possibility of extension or permanent absorption

Potential for absorption into client payroll based on performance and business needs
