Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
  • Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and service procedures.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle international customers professionally.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
