Hiring: International BPO Customer Support Executive

Location: Malad | Andheri | Thane | Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹55,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives

(Salary will be offered based on communication skills, interview performance, and relevant experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
  • Resolve customer queries related to telecom, banking, healthcare, technical support, and other service sectors
  • Deliver accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements


Eligibility Criteria

  • HSC Pass or Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Willingness to work from the office
