Hiring: International BPO Customer Support Executive
Location: Malad | Andheri | Thane | Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹55,000 In-Hand + Performance Incentives
(Salary will be offered based on communication skills, interview performance, and relevant experience)

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join leading International BPOs across Mumbai. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Resolve customer queries related to telecom, banking, healthcare, technical support, and other service sectors
- Deliver accurate information and effective solutions within defined timelines
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC Pass or Graduate
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Willingness to work from the office
- All educational, identity, and employment documents must be available
