International BPO- Customer Service Executive

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹55,000 per month

Job Description:

Vibrantzz Management Services is hiring Senior Customer Service Representatives for international voice and non-voice processes. Candidates should have strong communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats for international clients
• Provide effective customer service and issue resolution
• Maintain quality standards and meet performance targets

Shift Details (Any 9-hour shift):

• US Shift: Between 5:30 PM to 9:30 AM
• UK Shift: Between 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM
• Australia Shift: Between 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria:

• HSC or equivalent qualification
• Prior BPO / Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to work flexible hours including night shifts
• Mandatory documents: educational, personal, and experience
