🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle customer queries related to Debit & Credit Cards via Chat Support

✔ Assist customers with fraud, dispute, transaction, billing, and card-related concerns

✔ Provide accurate and timely resolutions while maintaining service quality

✔ Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction

✔ Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

✔ Adhere to company policies, compliance, and security guidelines

✅ Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience preferred

• Excellent written communication skills

• Comfortable working in Night Shifts

• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

• Immediate Joiners preferred
