About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Site Project Manager to lead residential, commercial, and retail interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, carpenters, and other execution teams.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Manage material procurement, delivery, and inventory at site.
• Monitor project costs and control budget overruns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates.
• Ensure successful project completion and handover.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, furniture, carpentry, MEP coordination, and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites.
