Interior Designer

The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing and developing office and commercial interior spaces, with a strong focus on furniture layouts, space planning, and practical execution. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing designs and drawings, coordinating with the sales and execution teams, and ensuring that the final design is both functional and visually appealing.

• Main ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and convert them into practical design concepts.
• Prepare 2D layouts, furniture plans, working drawings, and detailed designs.
• Develop 3D views/renders for client presentations.
• Design office workstations, cabins, conference rooms, reception areas, storage, etc.
• Take site measurements and prepare designs according to actual site conditions.
• Select suitable materials, finishes, laminates, furniture, and accessories.
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and basic costing when required.
• Coordinate with clients for design approvals and revisions.
• Coordinate with sales, production, vendors, and installation teams.
• Visit sites and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Handle multiple projects and complete designs within deadlines.
• Provide creative and cost-effective design solutions.
