• Follow up on pending quotations and policy renewals.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Build long-term relationships and provide timely customer support.
• Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good client-handling and coordination skills.
• Basic English and the ability to explain insurance information clearly.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and customer-focused.
