Inside Sales Manager

Job Profile

We are looking for a female candidate to handle office data management, IndiaMART inquiries, sales coordination, and lead generation activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update office data and records, including stationery and office inventory.
• Handle IndiaMART inquiries and share area-wise leads/inquiries with the respective salespersons.
• Maintain proper records of all inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Make sales and follow-up calls to customers and dealers.
• Regularly follow up with existing and prospective dealers.
• Generate new leads through calls, follow-ups, and online inquiries.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding new leads and pending follow-ups.
• Send introductory emails to new architects introducing our company and products.
• Maintain architect, dealer, customer, and lead databases.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly sales and inquiry reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up on all pending inquiries and leads.
• Perform general office coordination and administrative work as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.
• Married candidate preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in office coordination, telecalling, sales support, or lead management.
• Must be fluent in Hindi, Marathi, and English.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet.
• Experience handling IndiaMART will be an added advantage.
• Should have good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Should be organized, responsible, and good at maintaining records.
• Should be comfortable with regular follow-ups and calling.
• Candidate looking for a stable, long-term opportunity will be preferred.

Salary -Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
