Location: Bhandup, Mumbai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance incentives

About the RoleMumbai Chai Café is looking for a confident and professional Inside Sales Executive to handle franchise enquiries generated through Meta ad campaigns.

This is not a cold-calling role. The candidate will call prospects who have already shown interest in the Mumbai Chai Café franchise opportunity through Facebook or Instagram ads.

The main responsibility will be to understand the prospect’s requirement, check their investment readiness, preferred location, seriousness, and schedule qualified meetings with the senior franchise team.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall warm leads generated through Meta ad campaigns.
  • Speak professionally with franchise prospects in English and Hindi.
  • Understand the prospect’s investment capacity, preferred location, business interest, and timeline.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, location, seriousness, and decision-making ability.
  • Explain the basic Mumbai Chai Café franchise opportunity without over-selling.
  • Schedule qualified appointments with the senior franchise sales team.
  • Follow up with prospects as per the defined process.
  • Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM, Google Sheets, or other tracking systems.
  • Categorize leads as hot, warm, cold, not reachable, not qualified, or meeting scheduled.
  • Share daily calling reports and feedback on lead quality.
  • Required SkillsStrong spoken English and Hindi communication.
  • Good listening and questioning ability.
  • Ability to handle warm leads professionally.
  • Basic understanding of sales, business, investment, and franchise concepts.
  • Ability to handle objections such as “send details,” “investment is high,” “call later,” or “I don’t have a location.”
  • Good follow-up discipline.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Patience, confidence, and ability to control conversations politely.
  • Experience Required6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead qualification, counselling, real estate pre-sales, franchise sales, banking, insurance, loans, or BPO outbound sales.
  • Freshers may apply only if they have excellent communication skills and confidence.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

  • Insurance sales

Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be confident, disciplined, and able to speak to business-minded prospects. The person should not sound like a basic telecaller. They should be able to understand the prospect’s requirement, ask the right questions, and move serious leads to the next stage.

  • Performance ExpectationsMake daily outbound calls to fresh and pending leads.
  • Connect with interested prospects and qualify them properly.
  • Book meetings only with relevant and serious prospects.
  • Maintain clean and accurate lead data.
  • Follow up regularly without irritating prospects.
  • Improve lead-to-meeting conversion quality.

IncentivesPerformance incentives will be based on:

  • Qualified meetings scheduled
  • Meetings attended by prospects
  • Serious leads moved to the next stage
  • Franchise conversions, wherever applicable

Interview ProcessShortlisted candidates will be required to complete a mock call assessment in English and Hindi to test communication, listening, objection handling, and lead qualification skills.
