Job Description
* Provide clinical expertise on ASP products through consultation and training.
* Address customer issues and share feedback with internal teams.
* Support product development with clinical insights and market trends.
* Identify and communicate business opportunities to sales.
* Deliver internal training and develop clinical marketing content.
* Plan and implement customer education programs.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ASP products.
* Manage work schedules to meet customer needs efficiently.
* Engage in professional development through industry associations.
* Follow ASP policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product evaluation and strategy.
