Job Description

Manage and coordinate import and export shipments.

• Prepare and process all required import/export documentation, Portals, Bank formalties, shipments formalties

• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.

• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments and documentation.

• Monitor logistics costs and manage related expenses.

• Resolve issues related to shipping, documentation, or customs clearance.

• Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.

• Good communication skils
