Job description:

We are an online marketplace for sneakers, streetwear, beauty and fitness products. We are a team of 14 and growing to 30+ people.

We need an HR who can handle hiring and daily HR work. Main focus is hiring for senior and mid level roles.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Hiring for senior and mid level roles - managers, specialists and office positions
• Sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews and closing offers
• Building a candidate pipeline for future openings
• Some hiring for warehouse and operations roles
• Monthly salary processing
• Onboarding new employees, offer letters and documents
• Attendance and leave management
• PF, ESIC and TDS compliance
• Full and final settlement of exits

Requirements:

• 2-4 years experience in HR
• Must have hired for senior or mid level roles before
• Knowledge of PF, ESIC and payroll
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• Should be able to work independently
