JD of HR Associate- Recruitment- HRBP Mumbai_Off Role !!

·       Handling Pan India Recruitment for off role employees

·       Coordinate with vendors in-order to full fill the open mandates

·       Supervising and providing overall guidance to the vendors for recruitment and make sure everything is going as per the process.

·       Sharing weekly selection report to respective vendor to track their performance.

·       Collecting required documents from the candidates & Salary negotiation to release offer for corporate hiring

·       Discussing with stakeholders to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs in their region.

·       Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving recruitment related issues

·       Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding recruitment & Onboarding policies and guidelines

·       Coordinating with HR operations & Sales MIS team to maintain the Active HC vs Approved HC for every month.
