Job Description
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee queries.
- Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and exit processes.
- Assist in recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
- Prepare HR letters, notices, certificates, and other documents.
- Support payroll inputs, salary-related documentation, PF and statutory records.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
